Abstract :
The paper proposes a novel OCDMA system based on wavelength-converter and programmable electrical controller. The electrical DS (direct sequence spread spectrum)/FH (frequency hopping) in CDMA is used in our system. The designed system doesn´t need fiber taps and only very short optical pulses. It integrates the success on the OCDMA and OWDMA techniques
