After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

It was very careful that the spatial structure and form of the historical town, which the spatial structure of the environment landscape of the exterior and inner, contain order. That human is an integral part of nature is matching layout principle. The landscape space layer of the historical town is obvious, and historic time and historic space are clear. The design principle of the whole landscape space of historical town has a kind of characteristic, that be a kind of contrary space sequence design, which the exterior landscape decides inner landscape, the exterior space lead toward inner space, but the material space and the behavior space were derived the inner space. Studying the contrary space sequence, which we look for the formation regulation of ancient environment and landscape space, and recover more-dimensional of the ancient environment landscape space, that Investigate a friendly relation between the nature and the person of ancient time and space, for really protecting and developing historical town of the historical cultural to provide the basis of the construction.
