Abstract :
This article combines FBLMS algorithm with the blind decision algorithm, and proposes a frequency domain equalization algorithm which can be applied in the ATSC 8VSB system. In addition, with the shortcoming of the poor tracking capability of traditional frequency domain equalization algorithm in dynamic channel, this paper proposes a new equalizer tap update method which can effectively improve the algorithm in tracking time-varying channel. The simulation indicates that the improved frequency domain equalization algorithm can significantly improve the performance in both static and dynamic multi-path channels.
