Abstract :
In this paper, the PS micro-spheres are successfully synthesized by an emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization technique and a 2D close-packed monolayer PS arrays master are also assembled by a spin-coating process. Influence of spinning speeds and the PS concentrations on the morphology of the PS micro-spheres array master are also discussed. In order to obtain a monolayer and close-packed PS micro-spheres array master, effects of the concentrations of the PS emulsion on the formation of the master are also discussed.
