Abstract :
In this paper, the degradation efficiency, effect factors and kinetics of dye Levafix Navy in UV/H2O2 system have been investigated. The results show that UV/H2O2 system has a high activity on degradation of dye Levafix Navy with so little H2O2 on so concentrated dye solution, and the photo decomposition reaction of the dye is concurrent besides the photo-oxidative degradation. The dye degradation efficiency peaks when the initial pH of dye solution is strong basic (pH=12).
