Abstract :
A research on available resources management model (ARMM) of cognitive networks based on intelligence agent (IA) proposed in this paper. In cognitive networks (CNs) environment, it is important to master various resources information of network accurately, in the guarantee resources information completeness, the uniformity, the stability, above the reliable foundation, overall evaluation user quality of service (QoS) and the network condition, monitor the use of resources have been allocated, check the amount of resource allocation, calculate the remaining resources, then carry on the independent management to the network resource. It not only can record the system from the use of current resources, but can predict the future network according to the remaining resources and redistribute resources to address inefficient allocation of network resources defects and improve resource utilization, enable the centralization of the network resources, intelligent, visual management, also meet the cognitive networks requirements of the various functions of resources. The ARMM of cognitive networks based on intelligence agent can be deployed in the context of CNs as well as current network environment. It could enhance the QoS of network and users because of its cognitive functions.
