Abstract
This paper is focused on the problems of designing a Hinfin state feedback controller which is delay-dependent robustly stable for the time-delay system. The singular time-delay system is transformed to be linear. The condition that there exists a new delay-dependent robust Hinfin state feedback controller is derived. An example illustrates the effectiveness of the method
