Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a stochastic availability prediction model for head nodes in a high-availability(HA) cluster. Our model considers basic components (such as the head node and switch) in HA cluster and suggests simple node failure prediction through the survival probability of a node and the steady-state prediction of a two-component redundant system.
