Abstract :
In order to improve the energy efficiency reconstruction of existing buildings in University and College, the paper sets up the index of evaluation in the construction on the basis of value engineering principle, including residential, efficiency of energy-saving, economical and environmental. AHP method is also used to give weights for different indicators and cost is considered from the aspect of life cycle. Then, a model is set up by means of value engineering. Finally, the model is presented very good performance through an example of our school.
