Abstract :
Aiming at establishing a hybrid Microscopic-Mesoscopic bicycle flow model, which could perform micro-meso features and simulate large scale network. The factual field data were collected and the real micro and meso features were analyzed firstly, a micro CA model which fully detailed the individual characteristic, was established by the micro features and desired-speed distribution. Then the bicycle speed-density curve was extracted and a meso bicycle group model was established, which described the group behavior and recorded the individual simple information. Finally, both models were simulated and confirmed by comparing with the field data, between which the bicycle model could freely switch. The results showed that both the Microscopic-Mesoscopic model and the switch were suitable and significant for network modeling.
