Abstract :
Higher vocational schools, whose original goal was to solve the employment problem, should now set a new goal that is to foster entrepreneurial talents in response to the realistic challenges. There is bias existing in previous course structure and teaching model, that is, science over humanism. Fundamentally speaking, scientific and technological work should be humanism; scientific and technological education is human´s unique cultural activity. Development of students´ creative thinking ability should first achieve the integration of scientific and technological Education and Humanity Education and then develop students´ practical ability of entrepreneurship in practical teaching activities. The schools should establish a view of comprehensive professional ability, developing its employment aim into entrepreneurial orientation to eliminate the repression that “capacity-based perspective”, which based on behavioral psychology, acted on the student´s initiative, enthusiasm and creativity in the past.
