Abstract :
In high-vacuum conditions, the instrument can do detection and research efficiently on the luminescence features of fluorescence screen. It is a special purpose intelligent test equipment combined of optical, mechanical, electrical, computing and display. Vacuum cavity that is large cap closed, the turntable and the hot electron emission source is located in the space area. Through experiments we detected the rate of vacuum shown in Figure 2. It can achieve the ultimate vacuum 1><;10" Pa. For normal test it only needs a vacuum not less than 1 x 10~4Pa. It only needs one hour to reach this requirement.
