Abstract :
This paper presents a new CMOS operational transresistance amplifier (OTRA). Besides the proposed OTRA circuit is operating at supply voltages of ±1.5 V, it has a DC open loop gain of 904 M¿. The application of the OTRA to realize Tow Thomas Biquad Filter is presented. The proposed OTRA and its application are simulated using CMOS 0.25 ¿m technology.
