Abstract :
This paper deals with the robust stability of neutral systems with norm-bounded uncertainties. By introducing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and incorporating with the existing integral inequalities, some new delay-dependent sufficient conditions are obtained in term of a linear matrix inequality, which are demonstrated to be of less conservativeness by a numerical example. Moreover, it is shown that more introduced free matrices cannot always reduce the conservatism of the obtained conditions.
