Abstract
To promote manufacturers to adopt green supply chain, we propose in this paper a model for evaluating the performance of green supply chain, which covers three important indicators on finance, operation, and environment. We also adopt AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approaches to evaluating the model, and apply this model to a practical manufacturer to verify its feasibility and effectiveness. The results show that the model can provide manufacturers with both theoretical and practical guidance about the use of green supply chain.
