Abstract :
Spin-torque FMR and large rectification sensitivity in Fe-rich CoFeB-MgO magnetic tunnel junctions is reported. Tunnel magnetoresistance effect and spin-transfer torque provide various nonlinear effects. The precession angle can be significantly large if the frequency of the applied RF current matches to that of the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) in the free layer.
