  • Abstract
This paper makes focus to study the reason of causing Receive Buffer (rbuf) Blocking in CMT basing on SCTP with finite rbuf, and gives a new retransmission algorithm with considering of both delay and loss rate, which selects the most effective path to retransmite data chunks in order to reduce rbuf blocking. A demonstrate using simulation is provided showing that it can reduce rbuf blocking effectively and improve the CMT´s overall throughput.
