Abstract :
In this paper, both the qualitative and the quantitative analysis methods are used to analyze the scope of influence of three subway stations near the Zhengdong New District Central Business District (the CBD) on the surrounding real estate values. It provides a reference for the further study on the impact of subway on the surrounding real estate values.
