We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
The article through analysis of the investigation after the earthquake, seismic damage incentive, the finite element model analysis to identified the principle of ductility reinforcement, and detailed from Construction technology, the requirement of technology and so on. The reparation of stupa gives us a important example of ancient building´s repair, and we can have a reference when we have a similar building to repair.
