Abstract :
Because of large consumption of cement, high cost and low strength solidifying sludge by using of cement or lime, a sludge solidification way is proposed on the use of incineration ash and clay. The experimental results shown that additions of incineration ash and clay increase sludge solidification strength, which meets the requirement for the landfill and sludge reclamation and reuse, and the possibility of using sludge solidification as plant soil is discussed. The test has a certain reference value to the engineering practice.
