Analysis on financing problems for small and medium-sized enterprises

Since China implemented its reform and opening up policies, there is a rapid development in China´s SMEs, which plays a more and more important role in the whole national economy and has made great contributions to China´s rapid economic growth. In recent years, with increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, constraints and factors that affect the development of enterprises are gradually increasing, making enterprises facing great difficulties in further development. Among which, the financing problem of SMEs is a major obstacle to its development. Based on the financing situation of SMEs in China, this article points out the financial problems of SMEs and puts forward the relevant measures of solving the financial problems of SMEs by analyzing the reasons that causing financing difficulties.
