Abstract
In recent years the demand for performance evaluation is increasing with the rapid development of renewable energy. In this paper, we proposed an intelligent evaluation system which is called IREFP, short for Integrated Renewable Energy Field Performance Evaluation System, with a set of comprehensive evaluation index system, which is called RES, short for reliability, economy and safety. The IREFP evaluation system integrates technologies of information association modeling, high-performance computing platform, data envelopment analysis and high-accuracy numerical weather prediction, to improve evaluation quality and thus provide comprehensive performance evaluation service for renewable energy field and its equipment like wind turbine, photovoltaic module, etc. In addition, we make an application analysis for the IREFP evaluation system and find it can save huge cost and bring amounts of business value if applied in stop time optimization, risk control and equipment selection. A case analysis illustrated in the end verified the feasibility of the IREFP process, the reliability of the refined formula of indicators, and efficiency of evaluation models.
