Abstract :
The quality security technology of reclaimed water reuse is studied in Northwest Ecological Economic zone of Changchun City. Based on the study, "Four Methods" series water treatment process is proposed, which is centralized sewage treatment plant, new technology process on pan-oxidation pond, ecology of rivers and lakes, intensive wetlands. A stepped reclaimed water reuse control system is formed on urban wastewater collection and treatment from the source of sewage, channel pan-oxidation pond biological treatment in the central, river ecology treatment in the lower and purify water by wetlands in end. The results show that "Four Methods " series water treatment process in Changchun can be applied on Changchun city sewage treatment plant effluent and river water after the point source pollution .The effluent targets, achieved or exceeded the surface water class IV standard. It can be reused for agricultural irrigation, fisheries, water and wetlands replenishment The results will protect an important guarantee for the project in Changchun City for the use of recycled water quality.
