Abstract :
Traditional business process management systems only focus on process definition and running. This paper designs an intelligent business process system to realize process diagnosis, analysis, optimization, and prediction. Process mining engine is the key component of the intelligent system. This paper designs a process mining algorithm based on Markov matrix to realize business process remodeling. Realization of intelligent business process system can effectively improve the process management ability of managers.
