Abstract :
A multiple regression model is proposed in order to evaluate a health care system. Metrics that may influent health care system performance are selected, weightings of which are calculated according to data from WHO (World Health Organization). A detection of multiple regression model performance is executed by comparing health care systems of USA and France, the result of which suggests that this model is effective in determining health care system performance. The relationship between metrics are studied, and then a predictive multiple regression model is proposed, which is proved to have a better performance than the former one in detecting current health care system performance, and moreover has an additional function of predicting future development of systems.
