Abstract :
According to the deficiencies of resource information management and information visualization and other aspects in the current planting resources management decision-making system, this paper studied relational database management, object-oriented design, and visualization based on WebGIS, FushionCharts, Fckeditor, Skyline and other key technologies. We designed the architecture for the planting resources management decision-making system, the database and the modules for detailed functions using ArcIMS advanced development technology. We also represent system application by taking the special planting products sub-module as an example. This implements a centralized and efficient data management, decision support, visual effects and interfaces including dynamic legend visualization, dynamic surface domain flash visualization, dynamic statistics, remote sensing image, three-dimensional virtual display of flight. The system provides information and technological support for improving planting resources management level of Beijing City.
