Abstract

The presented work deals with the development of an interactive course available on a website and related to microelectronics technology. The advantage of such a product is to obtain, in addition to traditional text, animations of technological steps which are involved in the fabrication of an integrated circuit, some basic modelling of technological steps such as oxidations or diffusion of doping atoms and animations of a complete process such as CMOS. The first version written in French is currently being translated into English.
