Abstract :
In this paper, we have developed the voltage controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) with positive emitter coupled logic (PECL) and the test Jig system. The characteristics of the PECL package have the delay time less than 2 ns and the faster logic gate. When we evaluate the performance of PECL VCXO, there are the stray inductance and the capacitance brought from the VCXO with the PECL package. So it is necessary the Jig system that can cancel these factors to measure the precise performance.
