Abstract :
Crystal emissive layer (CEL) material is imperative to realize high performance of plasma device. To improve the characteristic of flat plasma lamp, the submicron-crystal magnesium oxide (MgO) as CEL material is applied in to research the influences on the flat plasma lamp in this paper.
