Abstract :
Before generating the software reliability test data it is necessary to construct a usage profile, set up an input and output data model and specify some generation rules. This paper describes a tool called TCS (developed by the Institute of Software Engineering of Beihang University) for generating the software reliability test data automatically based on the information of the usage profile and data model in accordance with the generation rules. It is a tool that can be used during software verification and validation to prepare for software reliability testing.
