Abstract :
This paper examines the relationships between supply chain quality management, human resource management practices, and organizational performances. Based on 56 companies in domestic appliances industry in China, the study showed that the relationships between SCQM and organizational performances (sales growth and Return of Investment) were mediated through a set of human resource management practices.
