Abstract
Bilingual education that is an important step on the reforming of higher education, is an important means of training high-quality multi-skill talented persons. Based on the university in Computer Culture Foundation course, analyzes the meanings, condition and faces problems of bilingual education, gives some suggestions and considerations about bilingual education in our school.
