Abstract :
Studying the infrared spectrum absorption characters of SO2 and CO2 in middle infrared region, we have found that the band which CO2 effects the measure result of SO2, and mathematical model is established which is to erase the cross disturbance of CO2. The O2 concentration detection device of single light-four detectors is designed to measure the concentrations of SO2 and CO2 respectively by two pairs of light filters and detectors. Fitting curve equation between SO2 and CO2 are gained by experiment data fusion. This method overcomes deficiency of single measure method, erasing the influence of CO2 on SO2 measure precision efficiently. Thus, an effective method is found to analyze infrared gases.
