Abstract :
In view of power plant optimal load distribution after dedusting, desulfurization, and denitrification equipment transformation, a plant load distribution model considering environmental compensation electricity price and pollutants emission expense and a controllable exploration particle swarm optimization algorithm satisfying the real-time request of power dispatching are proposed from improving the power plant comprehensive economic benefit. The net coal consumption characteristic model and the multiple contaminants emission concentration characteristic model are constructed based on the unit actual operating data, and then the load distribution model for optimal comprehensive economic benefit is established based on the dedusting, desulfurization, and denitrification compensation electricity price and the zero starting point expense of various pollutants emission. The model constraint condition of adaptive load upper-lower and load prohibit distribution area are established based on the current load and the coal mills relay ranges, and the dynamic penalty function method is utilized to deal with the model constraint condition. The velocity factor of controllable random exploration and maximum velocity limiting factor of dynamic adjustment are introduced to the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm to balance the computing cost and search ability. Simulations on the load distribution of a power plant with 4 units reveal the validity of the proposed method.
