Abstract :
This article was based on the engineering geological conditions and the engineering examples in different typical areas in Dujiangyan City. The investigation and analysis of foundation treatment plan was carried on to improve the safety and economical efficiency of the post-quake reconstruction program and to realize sustainable development. In the light of quality assurance the research took several factors into account, such as labor, materials, machinery, management, water-flow patterns of construction engineering. The effect of engineering cost function was put forwarded .The result shows that the cost was controlled by influential coefficient R, the proper control R value can effectively reduce the construction cost, optimize the resources, minimize project investment.
