Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to provide a miniaturized volumetric folded dipole antenna with ideal electrical and mechanical characteristics such as broadbandness, good impedance matching, compactness (light weight, small sized, cheap), and rigidness; compared to other competitors such as biconical antennas and others. Our proposed antenna is competent at low frequencies especially in the HF range where there is a need for small sized antennas.
