Abstract :
With referring to the teaching idea teaching methods and teaching modes of pre-employment training institution, taking the project cases as impelling force of teaching task, this paper comes up with “embedded teaching mode”. It is hoped to reform the course of theoretic teaching and practical teaching, construct the basic theoretic teaching system of information course, the project cases-based teaching system, and integrated projects practicing system. This mode optimizes the cultivating mode of application oriented talents specialized in information, actualizes seamless connection of education and employment, truly achieves the cultivating goal of engineering practice education and application-oriented talents training. In teaching of embedded teaching mode, the ability and level of teaching team play an important role, this paper also discusses the methods and approaches of teachers´ team training.
