Abstract :
In China, because of the existing of relative weakness, unreasonable structure and the serious resources limitation in transmission network capacity, transmission congestion problem is easier to arise under the circumstance of complete openness of transmission network. Under spot pricing based on pool electrical market in China, a suitable solution to transmission congestion is put forward. According to the contribution of each region to merchandise surplus in system, the solution assigns the merchandise surplus created by transmission congestion to different congestion regions with reason. The transmission line is extended and developed, and the power network is improved. And finally, the transmission congestion problem is solved essentially. At the same time, the autoregulation of electrical market relieves the occurrence of transmission congestion.
