Abstract :
The harsh climate of northwest China restricts the local livelihood seriously. In this paper, by analyzing the Northwest climate characteristics, three eco-design tactics are putted forward to improve this situation. Jian-fuqiao settlements projects are explored in this instance in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
