Abstract :
Applied for the problems in the current construction and development of applicable IT professional, combined with the practice of “university-enterprise cooperation”, and with the practical experience of Harbin Institute of Applied Software´s software engineering talents training, explored and practiced training methods of IT professionals. This article proposed a talents training idea of “three zero gap and five orientation”, through the implementation of the training model of “2.5 +1.5”, and the four in one training program to improve the students´ applicable skills and practical ability; through the combination of production, study and research, develop the “double teaching” teaching staff, and further explains the necessity and feasibility of “university-enterprise cooperation”.
