Abstract :
A generalized theoretical approach to the synthesis of active devices of radar polarimetry is proposed on the base of the theory of a signals thesis. The question of the formation and processing of polarized signals at an active radar for the problem of evaluation of potential information about electromagnetic field scatterers are considered, including detection and resolution aspects
