Abstract :
The modern IT (Information Technology) revolution is based on the computer and the Internet. And now, it has being made some profound impacts on network economy society. In this paper, the new definition, structure of the modern IT and the influence on world are produced. The emphasis in the paper is that the modern IT promotes network economy society of China.
