Abstract :
This contribution presents the important steps of process management (PM) tools application for the printed circuits boards (PCB) manufacturing and diagnostics. The PM approach is a way of production and non-production activities management in manufacturing systems. The implementation of the approach represents the integration of knowledge from more areas of the science. The goal of PM application is improvement of quality, process time and cost reduction. It is real purpose of suggest the CQT methodology for improvement manufacturing and diagnostics processes. This new methodology combines known principles and methods of the business process management. The CQT methodology target (cost-quality-time) is the quality improvement, processes time and cost reduction as process management goal. The article presents the practical application of CQT application for printed circuit board manufacturing
