Abstract :
Modern economy and the rapid development of technology result in large-scale industrial production and the city´s rapid expansion. In the context of increasingly serious environmental degradation, building life cycle is proposed as a new concept, China and Western countries have made a study of it. This thesis reflects on the difference understanding between China and Western countries to building life cycle. Western countries do not place the user at the core position, while China´s philosophy on building life cycle is more reasonable. This thesis have researched building life cycle, try to rethink the relationship between human and nature, and reconstruction a better building life cycle.
