Abstract :
This paper mainly focuses on the research of the time-delay impact on electrical response of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) system. Firstly, original static stack voltage and pressure models are proposed. Then, time-delay is discussed and analyzed. Thirdly, a time-delay mathematical model based on previous analysis is proposed and combined with the original model of PEMFC. After that, simulation on the whole PEMFC system with time-delay is setup by Matlab/Simulink using feedback linearization approach as its control strategy. Finally, the experiment is carried out for proving the validation of the proposed time-delay model of PEMFC, and similarities and differences between the simulation results and experiment are analyzed as well.
