Abstract :
With the rapid development of industry information technology, the information technology (IT) and operation technology (OT) cannot be distinguished clearly in the automatic control technology of the modem manufacturing. In order to fuse IT and OT, upgrading the existing equipment and managing them effectively, this paper provides the visualization technology (VT) to achieve these goals. Firstly, this paper analyzes the main facing problems of fusing IT and OT in factory. Secondly, the function and characteristic of visualization technology has been introduced. Based on contents above, for modem automation control system, the application method and frame of fusing IT and OT rapidly with VT has been proposed, and the prospects of this solution in the modem manufacturing is analyzed. Finally, this paper also points out the shortcomings of VT in the fusion process and the work for future researching.
