Abstract
The relations of mutual limitation and transition between dynamic lane assignment and running time allocation at an approach of signal control intersection were studied and an optimization model-based on time-space resource combination was proposed in this paper. The numerical test results show that the method can give an optimum benefit scheme based on dynamic lane functional partition within a given traffic demand range and it effectively improves the utilization of time-space resource at signalized intersections.
