  • Abstract
    The main aim of technical college education is to bring up Engineering and Technical Personnel, whose basic undertaking in practical work is to innovate. In the dissertation, the requirements on talent quality features in product innovation are taken as focus of attention, and we mainly discuss the cultivation approaches of engineering and technical personnel´s innovation ability. As for innovators of different levels of new products, the talent qualities requirements are diverse from each other, every technical college can, according to its unique orientation, develop the innovative talent cultivation programs of its own. Particularly, cultivation approaches for innovative talent include training of high-quality teaching staff, raising of student´s individuality and specialty, establishment of student´s critical dialectical thinking and innovative thinking abilities, and humanistic environment building and academic atmosphere development in college.
