Abstract :
In this paper, the basic principle of wavelet transform and the transform function of the research base, focusing on the wavelet transform in video compression, a new application process. Commonly used in the analysis and comparison of the video compression standard based on the video file as a test source, design and implementation of wavelet transform location of multi-level transformation arrangement algorithm, the final realization of the above algorithm by examples, the algorithm is verified The correctness and rationality.
