  • Abstract
    This paper is based on the wavelet SPECK image coding algorithm for optimized. This will speed the Haar wavelet transform algorithm and SPECK algorithms, which is combined the algorithm to encode high-resolution images of greatly reducing the time required to transform. The statistics indicate that a combination of fast Haar wavelet transform algorithm can improve the overall efficiency of the algorithm when the increase in the rate of 0.1 bpp nearly reached 30%.
